Version 1.0 · Last updated July 2026
This Privacy Policy describes what information Bridge Earn collects, how it is used, and who can see it. This is a working draft describing how the platform actually operates today and is not a substitute for independent legal review.
Information we collect
At registration, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and password. We also record the IP address used at registration, which is used solely to detect suspicious multi-account/self-referral activity. Additional information (e.g. an identity document) is collected only if you complete identity verification.
How your information is used
Your information is used to operate your account, process deposits/withdrawals, send verification codes and account notifications (by email and, where configured, SMS via a third-party provider), and detect fraud. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see your information
Admin and Developer accounts can view account details necessary to operate the platform and respond to support requests; every such access is logged. Separately, if another member refers you (directly or through up to two further levels), that member's "My Team" view shows your full name, join date, and a general active/inactive status — this is the one place your information is shared with another member rather than only with an administrator. Your phone number and email address are never shown to another member.
Third-party services
We use third-party providers to deliver email and SMS notifications and to process payments. These providers receive only the information necessary to deliver their service (e.g. your email address or phone number for a notification, or payout details for a withdrawal).
Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our own record-keeping and fraud-prevention obligations.
