Security

How we protect
your account.

Bridge Earn applies several layers of security to protect member accounts and funds.

Two-factor authentication

Accounts can be protected with a second login step (via email code, SMS, or an authenticator app), on top of your password.

Identity verification (KYC) and withdrawal checks

Where enabled, a withdrawal requires completed identity verification and, depending on current configuration, a verified email address and phone number — reducing the chance that a withdrawal is paid out to the wrong person.

Password requirements

Passwords must meet a minimum strength policy enforced at registration and on every password change.

Rate limiting

Sensitive actions — registration, login attempts, password resets, contact-detail changes, and support requests — are rate-limited to reduce automated abuse.

Audit logging

Account-affecting actions, including those taken by Admin/Developer staff, are recorded to an internal audit trail.

Role separation

Staff access is separated into ordinary Member, Admin, and Developer roles with different levels of access — an ordinary member's account can never perform an administrative action.
